This privacy notice is for Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University under the contract with Alpha-B Comp and Link Co.,Ltd.  (doing business as Alpha-B, and being managed by Mr. Chirawat Anunkapunnunt) describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

 

■        Login to access to the App which we need the medical students’ valid email addresses registered user of this Medical Faculty’s the performance evaluation and learning competency tracking system.   They can never access to this App by all means unless they are the registered user of this Medical Faculty’s the performance evaluation and learning competency tracking system which is designated for medical students as this system is the host system of this App.

 

Therefore, the email addresses the App may collect are the same email addresses registered with the faculty’s system.

 

■       Using this App tom scan the Barcode/QR code of this medical school-affiliated hospital’s patients, where their records have been currently kept within the hospital database already.  The scanning is just to read and collect the HN ID No. (Hospital No.) of the patients.  None of their personal information, even just the name, will be collect.  The HN ID scanning is used to count the number of patients visited by the medical students, under its faculty’s medical course syllabus.

 

 

 

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

 

Basically, we do not collect the website viewers' personal data for any purpose.  So far we do not opening for website's membership enrollment.  

 

Our web application programs developed for our several clients such as Office of Ombudsman (Thailand) ,The Community Organizations Development Institute (Thailand) etc., do not collect any personal data for our own use.  Furthermore, our mobile apps ever developed do not collect any personal data, including our current active app e.g. koratfarm-foodnetwork.com, smartmedswu2023 and smartscandataprototype.

We do not collect any personal information that you voluntarily excepting the students’ ID No.  The purpose of this collection is to identify the students which use this App during their medical practice performance and allow teachers/mentors evaluate their learning outcome.  We do not collect information for web membership, or other else than for this specific purpose.

 

The personal information we collect just be limited to include the following:

 

■        Student ID No.

 

■        Patients’ HN ID No.

 

No other personal information such as name, address, telephone no, email, personal ID, Social security ID or similar ID, bank & financial information shall be collected.

 

The above information will not be shared or transferred to any other third by all mean and situation.

 This app is not valid and cannot be used in EU and UK territory.
